WC Civil is a Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE), is a registered SBE, MWBE, and DBE with the City and County of Denver. WC Civil works as both a prime consultant and a sub-prime consultant on a vast array of Civil Engineering Projects. Our clients are largely Municipal, Institutional, and Private while we focus our services on Water / Wastewater, Public Works, and Land Development.

President
As President of the WCC Leadership Team, Anthony Gonzalez has over 20 years of engineering experience including street design, storm drain, sewer, water, and infrastructure projects. He is recognized as a professional with a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of land development. He specializes in design, grading, hydraulics and hydrology, water quality management, and the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and other technical design calculations required for land development and capital infrastructure.

Kyle O. McCarty, P.E.
Project Manager & Senior Engineer
Kyle McCarty serves as a project manager and senior engineer with West Coast Civil, Inc. (WCC). He specializes in hydraulic modeling and master planning. Kyle has developed water and wastewater hydraulic models to aid in developing capital infrastructure plans for small communities and major metropolises across the United States.

Sean M. McCarty, P.E., ENV EP, LEED AP, QSD, QSP
Project Manager
Sean McCarty has 15 years of engineering experience including streets, storm drain, sewer, water, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. As an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) and LEED-credentialed engineer, Mr. McCarty continually looks for sustainable design opportunities to minimize resource requirements, maximize production efficiency, and control waste. Mr. McCarty leverages his knowledge as a Project Management Professional (PMP) to proactively manage small and large scale capital infrastructure and land development projects to successful completion.

Adam Podlich serves as a project manager and senior engineer with West Coast Civil, Inc. (WCC). He has over 20 years of engineering experience in a wide variety of land development and public works. His past experiences include grading and street design, wet utility design, and multiple Park and Commercial projects. Adam is a QSD and is skilled at assisting clients in construction and post-construction water quality, inspections, preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, peer review, grading, and hydrology for both the public and private sectors.
